II. The proceedings
 
1. Being ready for technical staff, equipment tools for assembly, repair, maintenance, ...
 
2. Identify the right cause, give the measures to fix and give the optimal method.
 
3. Conduct professional operations:
 
- Calibrate the entire system.
 
- Run testing the specifications.
 
- Conducting acceptance and handover.
 
4. Organizing the maintenance and repair staff to ensure 24/24 hours for emergency service at the request of customers, regularly contacting the technical department to support the settlement.
 
5. Organizing training for employees and staff, associating with domestic and foreign experts.
 
6. Strictly complying with technical safety in accordance with Vietnamese standards 5744 - 1993 which the State Inspection Department issued.
 
7. Guiding the use of manipulation and dissemination of elevator rules to ensure safety for customers and lifespan of elevators.
 
III. Specific tasks
 
Once a month, send technical staff to work.
 
1. Clean all guide rails by chemical subtances , if not enough, recommend to supply with oil.
 
2. Check the drive system: electric motor, shock absorber box, oil supplement when needed.
 
3. Check the calibration or replacement of safety devices: load cable, brake, emergency stop brake, interlock, limit switch ...
 
4. Consider tightening bolts, nuts, aligning guide pads,
 
5. Check the working of the floor doors, cabin doors, adjust as needed.
 
6. Check the entire system to ensure that the elevator operates normally safely.
 
7. When an elevator has an unexpected incident:
 
- During working hours (from 8 am to 5 pm) when receiving the notice no later than 2 hours, the Company will be responsible for sending the repair team to overcome.
 
- Organizing a permanent repair team 24/24
 
8. All elevators have a resume and a technical diary that keeps track of details, regularly reporting to the Company.
